Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
